She began her professional journey on the Management Consulting Graduate Programme in the UK, within the Aerospace, Defense, Security, and Technology department. Her early years at the company were characterized by a variety of fascinating projects, including engagements with prestigious clients like Heathrow Airport, the Metropolitan Police, the Ministry of Defense, and Oxford University.

In 2023, Sophie's aspirations to explore new horizons led her to the Middle East, where AtkinsRéalis supported her transfer into the Strategic Advisory team in the United Arab Emirates. Over the past 18 months, she has worked closely with key clients throughout the region, further enhancing her expertise and playing a pivotal role in shaping strategic initiatives.
