Summary:

Actively manage billing and collections activities for specific customers as well as assist with Treasury functions.

Responsibilities:

Work on ad-hoc tasks such as financial analysis
Set up customers in ERP system
Assist with billing activities
Maintain and report on a database of delinquent invoices
Interface with internal and external customers

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related area preferred
Advanced Excel User (Pivot Tables, VLookups, Index-Match)
Hands-on working knowledge of the following ERP systems preferred:
- Syteline
- Navision
Ability to work under pressure and work as required to deliver before deadlines
Superior interpersonal and communication skills
