Architectural Assistant

You will be responsible for
- delivery of multidiscipline design submissions
- identification and documentation of design scope, requirements, processes and outputs
- planning and forecasting for design activities
- delivery of technical proposals for projects
- allocation of design, coordination, integration, interface and assurance responsibilities, in line with competence management processes
- coordination of design requirements, processes and outputs, including work by internal suppliers, external sub-consultants and surveyors, and stakeholder requirements
- drive innovative and cost-effective solutions into the design
- attend tender launch /tender adjudication and launch meetings as required
- compliance with company, business unit and project requirements in respect of operations, governance, quality, safety and the environment

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Architectural Design or other relevant majors
• 3 years relevant experience in an architecture practice
• Proficiency in Autocad and Photoshop/Illustrator
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  Good command of both written and spoken English
