Your role within the team

Reporting to the Campus Talent Acquisition Team Leader, the individual will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of AtkinsRéalis graduates and interns.

  • Manage the entire campus recruiting cycle, from intake to hiring.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and procedures to support hiring managers in achieving their objectives. 
  • Work with departments to identify their annual hiring targets for graduates and interns.
  • Attend career days and industry events to ensure visibility and attract top talent.
  • Work with internal partners to develop a distinct image as an employer of choice.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various student associations, create partnerships and organize networking events with them.

Desired candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, administration, industrial relations, or other related field.
  • 0 to 2 years' experience in a professional environment, ideally related to recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written).
  • Ability to build professional relationships.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $56,600 - $77,800 annually (Only Applicable to British Columbia). Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
