Clerk of Works

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the works of the Main Contractor and support the Architect to administer the Main Contract and associated Nominated Sub-Contracts;

• Inspect works and report progress;

• Monitor all environmental, health and safety aspects of the Works;

• Report all non-compliance immediately to the Architect, contractor’s representative and the site team with proper documentation;

• Attend workshops and meetings to assist the coordination of the works;

• Co-ordinate with the Consultants, Contractors and the Client etc. to ensure smooth execution of the project;

• Liaise and co-ordinate with government departments and public utilities companies for works on site;

• Perform other duties as directed by the Architect.

   

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Construction or equivalent;

• Commercial Building and Hotel Fit Out project experience and reporting experience is essential;

• Minimum 8 years working experience in construction field or site supervision of building works;

• Possess professional qualification is a plus;

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;

• Holder of Safety Green Card is a must.
