AtkinsRéalis is looking for Communications Coordinator- UAE National.  The successful candidate must be fluent in English language.

In this role you will be responsible for the marketing communications elements of market positioning, driving market growth and win work. You will be part of our global network of communication experts. You will work in a transformative, collaborative and energetic environment supporting your peers in delivering integrated marketing and communications plans aligned to our global business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Teams: Work closely with Internal communications and regional business partner on regional activities from events, articles, film shoot to social media.

• Create Compelling Content: Support the region and the internal communications team by crafting engaging content and marketing assets that drive our brand strategy and business goals.

• Ensure Global Alignment: Align all marketing communications deliverables with overarching global plans, ensuring all global campaigns are targeted to local markets and specific audiences.

• Innovate Marketing Approaches: Support in Planning, coordinating, and executing innovative approaches to promoting AtkinsRéalis through targeted marketing communications campaigns, collateral development, and events.

• Organize Events: Coordinate conferences, speaking slots, tradeshows, podcasts, and supporting materials to enhance our brand presence.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with diverse technical teams and business units to identify content needs and advise on publication and distribution channels.

• Engage Globally: Collaborate as part of a global team of internal and external communicators and marketers, contributing to both regional and global projects.

• Drive Global Strategies: Proactively input into identified global strategies and campaigns, ensuring they align with our corporate narrative and business objectives.

• Maximize Content Reach: Develop and share content regionally using a range of channels, targeting specific audiences to maximize reach and engagement.

• Measure Success: Record, measure, and evaluate all deliverables, celebrating achievements and identifying areas for improvement.

What we’re looking for

• UAE National with family book is a must.

• Available to join immediately.

• Post-secondary degree educated in marketing, business, or communications (or an equivalent level of experience)

• 0-2 years of experience in a related marketing role

• Professional qualification in marketing would be preferred

• Experience in the professional services/design and engineering/construction industry is preferred
