Reporting to the Director, Learning Technologies and part of an L&TD team, the coordinator, will have the following responsibilities:
- Support internal clients in their training campaigns (40%);
- Gather their needs and requirements in terms of target audience, communication, configuration and reporting and configure the Learning Management System (LMS) accordingly;
- Load, test and publish e-learning modules;
- Train and support LMS administrators (30%):
- Train LMS administrators on the main functionalities to enable a certain level of autonomy in training management;
- Participate in troubleshooting of LMS challenges, configurations and queries from administrators;
- Support the Academy team for the coordination of their programs (30%)
- Configure and maintain the programs structure in LMS;
- Develop reports required for operational monitoring;
- Participate in the administration and supplier billing as well as budget entries;
- Establish good relationships with the local training coordinators and act as the point of contact for all logistic requests;
- Participate in some meetings with training suppliers;
Requirements:
This position is based in Montreal and requires an understanding of learning management systems, learning and development principles and a strong client focus approach.
- A college diploma or other relevant experience;
- 2-5 years of training coordination experience;
- Knowledge and interest for LMS platforms and supporting software (Cornerstone, an asset);
- Demonstrated ability to partner and work effectively in teams;
- Problem solving skills;
- Proven oral and written communication skills;
- Adapts easily to changes in a fast-paced, matrix environment;
- Strong commitment to delivering excellence in customer service;
- Bilingual (French/English).

Relevant du Directeur, Technologies de l’apprentissage et faisant partie de l’équipe Formation et Développement des talents, le coordonnateur aura les responsabilités suivantes :
- Apporter son soutien aux clients internes pour leurs campagnes de formation (40%)
- Recueillir leurs besoins et exigences en termes de public cible, communication, configuration et suivi et procéder à la configuration appropriée dans le système de gestion de l’apprentissage (SGA);
- Télécharger, tester et publier des modules de formation en-ligne.
- Former et apporter son soutien aux administrateurs SGA (30%)
- Former les administrateurs du SGA sur les principales fonctionnalités afin de leur donner un certain niveau d’autonomie dans la gestion de la formation;
- Participer à la résolution des anomalies, configurations ou requêtes des administrateurs;
- Apporter le soutien requis à l’équipe de l’Académie pour la coordination de leurs programmes (30%)
- Configurer et mettre à jour la structure des programmes dans le SGA;
- Développer les rapports permettant un suivi au niveau opérationnel;
- Participer aux processus administratifs, au suivi de la facturation des fournisseurs et au suivi budgétaire;
- Établir de bonnes relations avec les coordonnateurs locaux et agir à titre de point de contact pour eux au niveau de la logistique des programmes;
- Participer à certaines réunions avec les fournisseurs de formation;
Requis:
Ce poste est basé à Montréal et requiert une certaine connaissance des systèmes de gestion de l’apprentissage (SGA), les principes de formation et développement et une forte orientation client.
- Un diplôme collégial ou expérience équivalente;
- 2-5 ans d’expérience en coordination de formation;
- Connaissance et intérêt envers les systèmes de gestion de l’apprentissage et autres logiciels reliés (Cornerstone, un atout);
- Habileté démontrée à établir des partenariats et travailler efficacement en équipe;
- Habileté en résolution de problème;
- Très bonne communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
- Bonne capacité d’adaptation face à un environnement matriciel qui évolue rapidement ;
- Fort engagement à offrir un service exceptionnel aux clients;
- Bilinguisme (français / anglais)
