Requirements

Min of 8 years Document Control experience on major commercial/industrial building projects (e.g. mixed-use/shopping malls/hotels/mega development projects)
Create and maintain a filing system that supports efficient information management.
To send and receive documents from external organizations, prepare and edit paperwork as required for the day to day operations of project
Prepare Minutes of meeting (MOM)
Ensure all records-management activities adhere to IKEA policies.
Responsible for controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, projects or departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Keep track of all documentation, specifications and drawings. The purpose is to ensure that everyone uses the correct and most current drawings and documents.
Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures both within projects, with clients and internally.
Willing to carry out duties as requested from time to time

Qualifications

Degree qualified: Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a related field
Working experience using ACONEX document management system
Candidates having technical back ground will get preference
Professional membership in the relevant field would be an added qualification.
Must be able to communicate confidently in both written and spoken English.
Capability in understanding engineering drawings and reports is desirable
High level of computer literacy, especially in Windows, Word, Outlook and Excel.
