Job Title: HR Advisor

We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Advisor to join our team providing support to the UK & Ireland HR Manager / Compensation & Benefits Lead.

This role will be supporting with a variety of high-volume tasks, while gaining exposure to a range of functions within the HR Department including HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility.

Key Responsibilities below:

Rewards:

  • Support with the administration of annual merit and bonus activities.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for the implementation and renewal of employee benefit packages.
  • Analyse current market trends to recommend additional employee benefits.
  • Administer employee rewards and recognition programmes
  • Be employees’ first point of contact for benefit related questions, providing guidance and support where needed.
  • Analyse data and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefit programmes and make recommendations for improvements.

  Global Mobility:

  • Responsible for coordinating the efficient and seamless international assignment and relocations of employees and their families.
  • Address in a timely manner employees’ transfer or assignment queries to ensure an optimal employee experience.
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of expatriate assignments including visa and work permit applications, relocation logistics and tax compliance.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with Global Mobility policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in relation to assignments, ensuring compliance with data integrity and security regulations.
  • Stay informed about Global Mobility trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for business improvements and enhancements.
  • Track and analyze Global Mobility related costs.

  HR Operations:

  • Prepare HR reports and metrics, such as headcount, compensation, turnover and leaves, to support decision making and analysis.
  • Facilitate HR orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Assist with payroll processing activities.
  • Support with ad hoc duties such as performance management and employee relation cases.
  • Liaise with employees, line managers and other HR colleagues on HR-related administration queries.
  • Proactively contribute to improvements within the department.

Experience, Education and other Required:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate with degree in Human Resources or similar discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR Department or similar environment.
  • Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Experience and knowledge of Workday is preferable but not essential.
  • Strong administrative and organization skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Ability to achieve quality results within required timescales.
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to deal with a range of internal/external stakeholders with confidence.
  • Able to contribute as an effective team member and support others.
  • Can adapt to a changing environment and work with minimum supervision.
  • Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills.
