HSE Subject Matter Expert (Railway Experience)

We are looking for an experienced HSE Expert that would join our team in Riyadh, KSA and work on one of the largest public transportation project in the world

Roles & Responsibilities that will include, but not limited to, are as follows:

  • HSE SME must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 - Environmental Management System.

  • Collating and interpreting HSE statistics, incident trends and near miss events.

  • Assigning and supporting delivery of relevant Health and Safety training to all members of staff.

  • Proficient in conducting risk assessments and safety/environmental audits and inspections.

  • Documentation review

  • Attend sites and lead with HSE audits and inspections.

  • Must be approachable and diligent, with excellent communication skills.

  • Professional manner whilst communicating with the client and the Operations and Maintenance Contractors

Skills & Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate

  • ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

  • ISO 50001:2018 - Energy Management System

  • 3+ years of ail Experience and be familiar with Depots, Stations and Main Line working.

  • Lead Auditor qualifications

  • An understanding of Occupational Health & Safety concerns pertaining to the Rail Industry.

  • Member of IoSH and up to date CPD
