The Role:

We are seeking a mid-level Information Manager with industrial experience to join our team. Our Information Managers are a critical role within our delivery team. They engage and support stakeholders across a project from definition of project specific IM requirements and procedures through to training, implementation and delivery at a project level.

The role involves not only undertaking the Information Management role at a project level, but also playing a crucial part in developing new ways of working, incorporating the latest in technology, and training and communication activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in collaboration across the business to ensure that our information management practices are understood and implemented company wide.
  • Through the application of IM, demonstrably support positive outcomes on projects.
  • Create engaging and informative educational and training materials and collateral promoting BIM and IM.
  • Capture lessons learned and informed continual improvement.
  • Support tenders, ensuring consistency of IM implementation across the sector.
  • Ensure project teams (internal and external) are aware of and trained in the application of information management procedures and processes being applied.
  • Documenting the approach to the implementation of BIM and information management specific to project requirements and aspirations ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Draft and maintain project level reports on the implementation of BIM and Information Management.
  • Support the application, development and maintenance of business processes relating to information management (including application of BS EN ISO 19650).
  • Coordinate small teams towards excellent delivery.

Experience:

  • Several years of experience in the nuclear sector or other heavy industries, ideally in an organization like AtkinsRéalis.
  • Thorough knowledge of Information Management / BIM, and their role in enabling broader digital transformation.

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance.  If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview.
