We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic design team. The successful candidate will be involved in the initial stages of the design and planning of mega projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain valuable experience and contribute to prestigious international projects.

Primary Responsibilities

Visit project site frequently (as required) to supervise the ongoing construction activities. To ensure that the Works are carried out safely and in-line with quality standards, in accordance to contract documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the conceptual and preliminary design of electrical systems for mega projects, including power distribution, lighting, and communication systems.

  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD software.

  • Perform calculations and simulations to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical designs with overall project requirements.

  • Participate in project meetings, providing technical input and contributing to the decision-making process.

  • Assist in preparing technical reports, presentations, and documentation for clients and regulatory bodies.

  • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and assess existing conditions.

  • Support the senior engineering team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the design phase.

  • Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation in design solutions.

What we’re looking for

  • UAE National with Family Book

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, preferably in an engineering consultancy environment.

  • Experience or coursework in power systems, electrical design, and CAD software is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings as required.

  • Knowledge of UAE engineering standards and codes is a plus.

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
