Job Summary: AtkinsRéalis is seeking a qualified Landscape Architect with 9+years of on-site experience in stadium projects within the Mixed use/Building/Infra sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations

Requirements

Technical Competencies:  

  • Degree qualified in landscaping  and preferably with a professional affiliation (or eligible for membership)
  • Candidates will ideally have minimum 9+ years relevant working experience in Landscape Architecture Site Supervision, documentation and site implementation
  • In charge of reviewing and checking of all Landscape shop drawings, approving materials submittal & method of statement submitted by the contractor for construction. Providing solution by using sketch up by modelling. Site coordination and Inspection.
  • Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
  • Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.

Prepare Site instruction (SI) for deficiencies of work found at site and nonconformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events

Behavioral Competencies:  

  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English essential,
  • Will be capable of working on their own or within/leading a small team of like discipline individuals and creating designs relevant to Middle East environment.
