EDPM is the Engineering, Design & Project Management sector of SNC-Lavalin. We plan, design and enable the delivery of complex projects and major programmes across transportation, energy and infrastructure. Primarily made up of Atkins, including Faithful+Gould, we push boundaries and create value as trusted advisors to our clients and partners.

SNCL Atkins currently have an opportunity for Manager, Third Party Due Diligence. 

The role can be based anywhere in UK. 

Job details:

• Reports directly to the Head, Integrity Program
• Manage the Compliance Assessment Team (CAT)
    Offer guidance and support on a daily basis
    Provide the team with training and feedback
    Draft guidance notes for the team
• Ensure compliance of Third Party Due Diligence processes with the support from the Compliance Assessment Team (CAT) by:
    Ensuring support to business units on usage of the Business Partner Compliance Due Diligence Tool (“BPC -Tool”)
    Validating business relationships that are assessed as low risk by the BPC-Tool by requesting clarifications and amendments from the business units wherever necessary.
    Reviewing and assessing any findings that the BPC-Tool gathers for possible red flags and suggest mitigation if required
    Identifying improvement requirements for BPC-Tool updates
    Generating analytical reports for BPC-Tool in order to check for any gaps or oversight and support internal audit
    Reviewing all monitoring alerts for Business Partners entered in the BPC-Tool for any possible compliance breaches or potential concerns and red flags
    Analyzing red flags on clients and suppliers within the 360 integrity checks
    Providing complete internal due diligence reports for specific entities and individuals
    Assisting with BPC-Tool queries such as technical queries and approval
    Providing information about possible errors or potential issues in relation to the Business Partners entered in the BPC-Tool
• Providing in depth Due Diligence Checks and Internal Due Diligence Reports
• Perform and oversee benchmarking initiatives for the Integrity program;
• Manage all monitor obligations and requests relating to Third Party Due Diligence;
• Perform an audit on the Integrity Investigation controls as part of the Integrity Control Framework (ICF) and report observations and recommendations;
• Manage the Integrity Risk Management with the support of the Enterprise Risk Management function;
• Support the Head, Integrity Program in all other relevant Integrity initiatives as and when required.
