We are hiring! The Mechanical Engineer is an integral part of our HVAC and Building Services Team. This is an entry-level position and is based out of Exton, PA.

How will you contribute to the team?
- Work under the direction of senior engineers solving complex problems.
- Acquire knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems.
- Perform such other duties as the Supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
- Project site visits to assist Engineer with surveys.
- Utilize standard office software.
- Develop familiarity with CAD software and related equipment and procedures.
- Take on-line software training programs and read manuals and other instructional materials to develop familiarity with CAD products and company/departmental procedures.
- Drafting in 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (Revit) to support the technical services of the company.
- Enter basic data, as instructed, such as measurements and commands, to generate construction drawings, renderings, report graphics and other digital images.
- Edit existing designs, following detailed instructions.
- Check drawings to verify completeness, clarity, and accuracy, and present to supervisor for review.
- Complete Quality Management Training and comply with the program upholding a commitment to a culture of quality in all aspects of work.
What will you contribute?
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor of Science Degree in one of the following:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Architectural Engineering
- Zero to two years’ experience, or Internship experience with an HVAC and Building Services Engineering firm working on pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, and/or industrial projects is a plus.
SPECIAL SKILLS
- Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Capable of developing technical writing.
- Good communications skills.
- AutoCAD and Revit are a plus.
- Carrier HAP or Trane Trace, Bluebeam, Navisworks is a plus.
PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATIONS
- Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) is a plus.
