Multimedia Specialist

SNC-Lavalin is looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer & Multimedia Specialist, who is driven, detail oriented, focused and can think outside of the box!

From creating print collateral like brochures, posters, flyers, banners to advertisement and digital collateral, you will get an opportunity to be involved in all aspects of designing. You will be a team player and support the team members with administration as well as dealing with relevant suppliers and print houses. You will also provide photography and videography support as and when required.

This role is part of the Communications Function, and reports directly to the Internal Communications Manager, Middle East & Africa, and is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates The role remotely supports the communications team in Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Adhering to SNC-Lavalin’s branding principles and guidelines, design print projects, HTMLs, and advertising material intended for internal and external digital platforms
• Design and upload web graphics to the intranet, website and social media
• Apply graphical standards in existing documents (word, power point presentations, PDFs) including videos, to ensure they are in line with the company brand image

Multimedia

• Proven skills and experience in Adobe Creative Cloud such as Photoshop CC, Illustration CC, Premiere Pro CC, InDesign CC, after Effects and other related graphic design softwares
• Post-production which includes video cuts, editing and inserting subtitles, as well as integration of animation
• Design and carry out static and dynamic animation projects for internal and external digital platforms
• Be creative, adaptable to trends and conceptualize original ideas
• Coordinate and execute webcast and video projects
• Experience in photography
• Basic coding, HTML and CSS skills is a plus

Requirements:

• English proficiency, Arabic is a plus
• At least 7 years of graphic design and multimedia experience within an organization
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple projects and tight timelines
