Nuclear Regulation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Specialist(Saudi National) to join our Nuclear team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate shall have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the nuclear industry or equivalent and possess an understanding of local and international nuclear regulations, safety protocols, management systems, integrated management systems, procedure writing, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regulatory strategies and compliance programs with support of our global Nuclear team.

• Conduct assessments and audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

• Interface with regulatory agencies, industry groups and stakeholders and represent the organization

• Develop key procedures and processes to support the overall corporate management system in alignment with key standards  Development of an international standard management system such as an Integrated Management System (IMS) that meets regulatory requirements and develop supporting procedures and processes

• Lead project execution and manage a team to deliver projects on time and on budget

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering, Physics, Environmental Science or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nuclear, especially in the regulatory realm-  regulation, compliance or safety within the nuclear industry

• Knowledge of international and local nuclear regulatory requirements, guidelines and standards

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory documents and technical information

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and regulatory agencies

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Project management skills and ability to coordinate with client and team for execution of projects
