Operations administrator

Faithful+Gould is currently looking for a mid career Operations Administrator to support operations team providing Administrative Activities in Saudi Arabia This is a full time permanent based position in the Kingdom.

Main Responsibilities

The Operations Administrator will join the operations team providing administrative support.

Duties will include

• Creating and maintaining operations documents, logs and reports as required.
• Translation of documents to/from Arabic/English.
• Document control, filing and archiving.
• Liaising with recruitment and immigration teams to ensure update to date information is maintained on staff information lists and reports.
• Assisting with the coordination of new staff mobilisation and onboarding including arranging arrival logistics, iqama medicals and company IT equipment and access requests.
• Assisting with travel and accommodation booking.
• Assisting Operations Manager with management of project staff accommodation.
• Assisting with coordinating transport / logistics provision for project staff.
• Assisting with expense claims preparation.
• Assist with coordination of staff events such as meetings, cascade briefings, social events, etc.

Communications and Working Relationships

• Reporting to Operations Manager
• Interface with administration team, immigration team, HR, Group IS
