Job Title: P&C / SCADA Engineer

We are hiring for a hands-on engineering, manufacturing and Site construction / testing with a focus on P/C and SCADA, programming, and client interaction. You will be responsible for overseeing P&C SCADA project activities and ensuring the smooth execution of P&C and SCADA systems from initial planning to final commissioning.

What will you do?

• Supervise the Project P&C and SCADA activities and manage the supplier  and contractors to ensure the design  and specification meeting the project requirements
• Coordination and Lead P&C and SCADA project activities to ensure  meeting project schedules & milestones.
• Act as the main point of contact for P&C and  SCADA projects oversight, focusing on direct client interaction while coordinating with the project team and suppliers
• Contribute to developing , estimating and scheduling P&C and SCADA work in engineering bids and proposals, playing a lead role when necessary.
• Lead all the supplier packages reviews and communication for P&C and SCADA manufacturing and supply
• Lead the site P&C and SCADA Commissioning activities.
• Advise on installation programmes to optimise cost while delivering to the required safety and quality standards  
• Maintain detailed site documentation, including site records,  productivity, and compliance with Linxon & Client policies.

Qualifications:

Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience Required:

• Experience in protection, control, and SCADA systems.
• Substation P&C and SCADA engineering and commissioning
• P&C and SCADA engineering, including testing and coordination with clients, suppliers, and commissioning team
• Points list generation, relay automation, and programming
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and update as needed
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
