Would you like to be involved in a variety of feasibility, troubleshooting and optimisation studies for on and off-shore oil & gas processing facilities? If so, we'd love you to apply for this role.

The Team

Within the Energy business, we have been involved with the design, assessment and modification of over 1000 oil and gas installations around the world and are the operator’s ‘go to’ company for difficult challenges from life extension to innovative new designs. Our average project timescale is 8 weeks – so you’ll be involved in a large variety of work, from optimisation studies and concept development to process safety studies and offshore commissioning. Your work will generally include running process simulations, preparing Process Flow Schemes with mass balances and equipment sizes, and preparing reports and presentations. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of high quality deliverables, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards and internal procedures.

With excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, you will be able to build relationships effectively and work with teams across disciplines and locations. You are comfortable and adaptable to working in new and changing environments. You are organised and self-motivated, with a good attention to detail, keen to deliver the best solution for the client within the scope and budget available.

  • Project engineering skills to ensure studies and projects are delivered within agreed budgets and schedules
  • Understanding of relevant safety and environmental industry regulations. Knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards (American Petroleum Institute, National Association of Corrosion Engineers, Institute of Petroleum, British Standards etc.).
