The Digital Automation Team at Global Technology Centre is a robust group of people consistently working towards the enhancement of project experience, delivery, and quality through technology. The Digital Automation Team provides design support to Atkins’ regional operations. Its large and diverse pool of resources work together to provide engineering solutions to complex and challenging projects. This team is focused on leading the pathway to the future of AEC industry. We provide services in the areas of:

• Asset Lifecycle Solutions
• Digital Twin
• Advanced Analytics
• Data Ecosystem\Data Design
• Process Automation and Applications
• Geospatial
• Creative Design
• Visualisation

Digital team has engineers and software professionals, who have varied experience in developing applications on multiple platforms and languages, which include .Net, C#, ASP.NET, Python, Unity 3D, etc. Most of the development is being done using Agile methodology. The team also has extensive expertise customising software from Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI, IBM Maximo and MapInfo product line.

Power BI Developers:

Power BI tops the list of popular tools due to its ease and interactive visualization. It offers self-service analytics capability to let end-users create reports and dashboards. A Power BI developer designs and develops BI reports for providing insights to improve decision-making. The role of this developer requires him/her to have wide knowledge over business intelligence, data integration, data warehousing, modeling, database, and technical aspects of BI tools.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Power BI Report development.
• Building Analysis Services reporting models.
• Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop.
• Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence.
• Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals.
• Responsible for design methodology and project documentaries.
• Should be able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse standards.
• Good communication skills and should be able to discuss the requirements effectively with the client teams, and with internal teams.

What will you contribute?

• Elementary knowhow of Power BI functionalities. (Freshers can also apply).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Master of Computer Application, etc.
• Good report writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of earned value concepts and calculations.
