We are hiring a Project Administrator in Jeffersonville, OH.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Support Project Manager and other project team members where required.
• Following up the Owner’s requirement for Administration as required.
• Interface for incoming employees and support of onboarding activities.
• Procure office supplies and consumables as request by the Owner.
• Maintain NOF log and send NOC.
• Submit any weekly or monthly reports to client as required.
• Support Coordinating meetings with materials, location, food, etc. as required.
• Schedule meetings and conference rooms as required by project team.
• Attend meetings as requested and document meeting minutes if required.
• Support project team as required with all project reports.

What will you contribute?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, plus five years' experience. Without a degree, requires ten years' experience in progressively responsible administrative work.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required. Knowledge of business administration practices and principles, including finance and accounting. Computer skills required, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Knowledge of the consulting engineering industry helpful. Ability to deal effectively and harmoniously with people at all levels of the organization.
