AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Comms Commissioning Coordinator​ to join our team based in Toronto, ON.

Your role within the team:

• Maintain the Comms PICO, SAT and SIT procedure lists and follow up with the PMs (and their vendors) and Engineer of Record (CTSD) for the submission of procedures and reports.
• Monitor, track, review and process testing and commissioning results (PICO/SAT/SIT).
• Coordinate and arrange all Client-side witnesses (commissioning event invites) and related activities (permit to work, pre-requisites, etc.).
• Assist with the coordination of resources for commissioning events.
• Update commissioning information/databases within 48 hours of commissioning events.
• Assist the Comms team with logging test deficiencies.
• Liaise with document control for transmittal of test documents to the Client and support the Comms T&C Test Leads with test execution, as required.

The ideal candidate:

• Familiar with scheduling software (Project, P6, Smartsheet, etc.).
• Sound knowledge of MS Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and motivated team player.
• Has the drive to solve problems and follow through until issues are resolved.
• Prior coordination experience on a railways project, preferably in T&C.
