Job Title: Project Controls Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Controls Leader to drive Project Controls culture and standards within our organization and lead by example on critical projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Project Management and a proven track record of successfully implementing project controls processes and tools. The successful candidate will take the lead on Project Controls Reporting on Projects across the Nuclear and Power EMEA Region, they will also be the focal point for systems development.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of project controls processes, procedures, and best practices across all projects.

Drive adoption and adherence to new project controls tools and technologies.

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of Project Controllers.

Monitor and evaluate project controls performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Act as a subject matter expert on Project Controls, providing advice and guidance to project teams as needed.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in project controls, incorporating new ideas and methodologies into our organization.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in project controls tools and software, Planning, Cost Management, Risk Management and analysis.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, driving results in a collaborative environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
