Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects including client relationships, scope, cost, schedule & quality.
• Responsible for developing project costs, selling price, project execution plan, and staffing requirements for assigned proposals.
• Identify, clarify, and document changes from initial project objectives and scope of work to support the change management process.
• Focal point of all client communications.
• Communicate project status on a regular basis to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Follows company project management best practices and identifies area for improvement.
• Serves as a technical resource for the engineering team on all assigned projects.
• Foster a spirit of enthusiasm, client focus, team building, and continuous improvement with the group.  Operate with a sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.  Registration as a Professional Engineer is preferred but not required.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience managing.
• Previous experience encountering new and varied work situations with a high degree of complexity, interacting with others both inside and outside the company (immediate associates, field engineers, vendors, and clients).
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient skills in understanding project cost report trends, forecasting, and the impact on project budgets.
• Strong team player with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
