Job Description:

To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible by Project manager for industrial project including Semiconductor, Datacenter, food, agrifood and any of Industrial area but not limited to:

  • Manage and coordinate the inputs of project stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project
  • Management and coordination with client requirement and expectation
  • Coordinate the building services design and execution between Engineering, Architectural and Civil/Structural/MEPF disciplines
  • Project Execution plan and management / Quality management
  • Ensure successful project delivery in planned and target schedule
  • Ensure effective budget control is in place across the project, and that such is reviewed and updated on minimum monthly basis
  • Manage technical coordination meetings with subcontractors and project staff
  • Technical clarification with Client /vendor and/or sub -constructor
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards and procedures
  • Project Risk Manager and hold chairs and lead risk meeting and actively participate in formulation of mitigation and control measures

Required:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Field
  • +15 years’ experience in the construction / engineering
  • 10 years post qualification experience in Project Management or Engineering Management
  • Minimum last 5 years as Project Manager (Industrial background)
  • AutoCAD experience is must
  • Additional Knowledge of 3D Design Software is added value
  • PMP Certificate is added value
  • Thorough Knowledge of Korea Code and local legislative regulations / International codes regulations
  • Added value in having past work experience in the multicultural team environment and managing a multi-disciplinary team
  • Must have worked on large buildings/mixed-use projects
