Senior Manager - Asset Management

We are looking for a Senior Manager (Lead) - Asset Management to support our Middle East team.

Role:

  • Lead and grow the asset management team in the region

  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in client organisations

  • Support in business development and winning new work

  • Lead the delivery of asset management projects

  • Lead on enhancing Asset Management service offering to add value to asset owners and operators

  • Lead in the development of Asset Policies, SAMP and Asset Management Plans

  • Support in the deployment of Asset Management digital solutions to clients, developing business requirements, functional requirements specifications, facilitate UAT, training sessions, etc.

  • Plan and support asset condition surveys,  supervise team of electrical, mechanical and civils technicians in asset condition surveys and data collection.

  • Undertake Project Manager/Project Director responsibilities on projects, developing progress reports, risk and issues registers.

  • Support in the development of pipeline of Asset Management opportunities

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses and present data findings/outcomes

Technical Competencies

  • Shall be qualified with a degree (preferably Civil Engineering)

  • Minimum five (15) years of relevant experience in Asset Management (AM) Advisory/ Consultancy

  • The Candidate must possess excellent working knowledge of project management best practices. Computer literacy and excellent communication skills in English are essential.

  • IAM Certificate, preferably a Registered Asset Management Professional with IAM or equivalent

  • Fully familiar with the emerging asset management best practices and guidance developed by AMC, IAM, GFMAM, and others.

  • Experience  of maturity assessment, roadmap development and implementation of asset management policies and processes compliant with international Asset Management Standards (ISO55000/1/2)

  • Experience of developing AM policy, SAMP and asset management plans

  • Asset lifecycle information management, including AM Data Collection & definition of AM Hierarchies & Classifications

  • Development of AM performance measures

  • Familiarisation with various maintenance strategies, condition based, predictive, reactive

  • Experience in facilitating workshops and delivering asset management training (preferred)

  • Demonstrate drive, enthusiasm and commitment to projects

  • Excellent planning and organisation skills

  • Able to assess problems and rapidly develop solutions  

  • Excellent communication skills – written and spoken English essential

  • Market skills to manage clients and building client relationships

  • Being a leader to manage the team as well as the P/L of the Asset Management team
