Responsibilities:

• As a senior leader in our Project Controls Practice, you will lead our team in the South. You will collaborate with our technical leads to provide technical advice and expertise to our clients in senior leadership roles within Project Controls, working on some of the biggest infrastructure projects in the UK.
• Your role will include attracting and developing high calibre Project Controls talent that helps us deliver an exceptional service for our clients in the South.
• You will provide excellent leadership to our high-performing Project Controls team in the south, collaborating with senior leaders in other geographies and across other practices/technical disciplines to provide suitable resources for all open opportunities on client commissions.
• You will work closely with our Win-Work function (Client Directors and Key Account Managers) to help us grow our influence in the industry by securing exciting commissions and new work for Project Controls team.
• You will be accountable for talent development, productivity, staff motivation and retention. Taking the lead on seeking quality of your team’s client-side delivery by securing client feedback.
