Senior Program Manager - High Tech

We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis seeks a Senior Program Manager – High Tech to join our team in the Northeast. This role is an integral part of the High Tech and Industrial team and assists in business development, client, and team management.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Identify new business opportunities for the firm across the High-Tech industry. Coordinate and participate in project presentations to clients and other external groups, and promote firm's capabilities, marketing its services among existing and prospective clients.
• Support the recruiting efforts to find and deploy teams that will provide industry-leading services.
• Develop a client playbook to understand how we can best support their needs from start to finish.
• Act as project manager through project forecasting efforts and communicating team needs.
• Monitor schedules, billings, and reports; ensure appropriate charging of manhours, costs and expenses to projects; assist in obtaining payment from clients; resolve client disputes and adjust billing records as required; communicate project progress / status to senior management and alert them of project production, quality control or financial performance problems.
• Provide technical recommendations for program approaches and contracting strategies while monitoring market trends.
• Coordinate with client project manager and key client representatives to manage workload, deliverables, and task order budgets across ever-evolving client priorities as part of Key Account Management activities.
• Participate in project opportunity evaluation, consultant selection, and in the preparation of firm's qualification / experience statement.
• Coordinate communication between project teams and senior leadership.
• Responsible for maintaining employee and client relations with existing clients and building new relationships with others.
• Develop, implement, and monitor annual and strategic marketing plans for targeted projects; participates in the development of strategic plan.
• Drive a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.

What will you contribute?

• Bachelor’s degree in field(s) of practice. This level may be achieved with 15 years of experience in program/project management and technical professional activities.
• Excellent technical and interpersonal skills, public speaking, and persuasive ability; very strong financial management, team management, and leadership skills; ability to manage and coordinate efforts of various projects to produce budgeted profits and overall results.
• Possesses specific expertise to the extent that the individual is regarded as one of the Company's experts in a specific discipline, contract delivery method, particular type of project, planning process, design method, or modeling technique.
• Ten years relevant work within the high tech industry.
• Professional engagement in industry associations preferred

Expected compensation range is between annually $101,419 to $220,000
