Job Title: Supply Chain Risk Intelligence Analyst

This role sits within our Supply Chain Management team. The purpose of the role is to provide a continuous verification and analysis of the complete Linxon prequalified vendors globally, identifying potential risks and keeping Linxon vendor list updated after the prequalification process has been successfully completed.

What will you do?

  • Execute all Supply Chain Management (SCM) Risk Intelligence activities using appropriate tools and platform in accordance with the company procedures.
  • Run periodical checks on Linxon prequalified vendors, making sure to keep the vendor list updated and highlighting potential issues with vendors already prequalified.
  • Interact with supply chain engineers keeping them informed about the potential findings resulting from vendor risk analysis.
  • Executive Reporting & Continuous Monitoring with intuitive visualizations. Presenting Summary reports on a periodic basis to the Global Supply Chain Director.
  • Internal and External stakeholder satisfaction

Experience and Education Required:

  • Minimum CIPS qualification (or equivalent) and applicable experience or 5+ years’ experience in lieu of qualification. Contract background will be an added value.
  • Knowledge of various industry standards Client working
  • Have a good working knowledge of international procurement frameworks.
  • Experience using Risk Intelligence platforms
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders
  • To come from a high pressured and project driven environment
  • Has built relationships effectively and can challenge the status quo.
  • Effective communication at all levels
  • Focused on the detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the business whilst embracing cultural differences.
