We are looking for a Talent and Learning Development Advisor to Impact the development and engagement of employees and management L&TD across the region to support business delivery and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to organizational needs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and leadership development initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and management to identify high-potential employees and create career development plans.
- Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring engagement and knowledge retention.
- Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Work closely with department heads and external consultants to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative learning methods.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or communications discipline.
- Further HR certification is a plus.
- Highly motivated and results oriented.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Training content development/ facilitation skills.
- Resourceful and Innovative.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
- Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Adaptability to change.
- Competent in MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
