Responsibilities:

• Structural BIM modeller who should be able to produce drawings and BIM model.
• To integrate outcomes and link information delivery with design delivery.
• Works with BIM manager to help facilitate set up and delivery of programme in accordance with BEP.
• Manages the information exchange protocols, focussing on interoperability, programme, QA, frequency, purpose of exchange.
• Works with the project team to embed the ethos of BIM delivery.
• Brings to life the interdependencies of information in design delivery and embodies the contractual deliverables through a structured Master Information Delivery Plan.
• Enforce the Project BIM standards for all disciplines and put in place suitable QAQC governance.
• Work with the document control and design team to ensure delivery of the information requirements is in line with BEP.
• Should be well versed with Revit MEP & AutoCAD and able to mentor team.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of multidisciplinary and multiregional project to comply with the relevant CAD/BIM Standard.
• Working experience in international projects is desirable such as regions like UK, US, Canada and Middle East.
• Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings & specifications.
• Ability to work using Engineers calculations and design in producing drawings / 3D modelling.
• Knowledge of Building design processes working within a multiple discipline engineering environment.
• Identify, interpret, and apply required industry/ client/ internal CAD/BIM standards. To ensure that our finish.
• Work independently and take proactive initiative.
• Self-motivated development.
• Competent to check the work.
• Able to present / represent their technical work.
• Working knowledge of standard codes and EDMS (Electronic Data Management System).
• Shows flexibility in work tasks and locations.
• Responsible for completion of specifically assigned tasks to time and cost.

Job Duties:

To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• To assist in delivering a range of projects relating to Buildings, Water Sector (WTP, STP, Pump Station), Transportation Projects.
• Knowledge of multidisciplinary projects to comply with the relevant CAD/BIM Standards.
• Develop project deliverables, particularly drawings and reports in accordance with client scope, budget, and quality requirements.

Education And Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 5-15 years of relevant experience.
