We are always working to increase our representation of females in our workforce, including management and executive roles. One of these resources is our employee resource group for women in Canada.
ExcELLEnce is a group that promotes gender equality in Canada. It aims to empower and attract employees to grow, retain and develop female leaders. ExcELLEnce is also focused on strengthening women's voices across the company through networking, collaboration and mentorship. It provides a forum to support members in their professional development.
