As they say, learning knows no bounds, we introduce you to our employees who are a part of The ICE or The Institute of Civil Engineers. A global institution with over 95,000 members worldwide, the ICE exists to improve lives by ensuring the world has the engineering capacity and infrastructure systems it needs to enable the planet and its people to thrive.
In 1818, a small group of young engineers founded the Institution of Civil Engineers, the world’s first professional engineering body, in a London coffee shop. Fast forward to over 200 years now, ICE’s 95,000 members are from more than 150 countries across the globe and this number is growing all the time.
In this article, we introduce you to 3 such members from the AtkinsRéalis Global Technology Centre in India who are not just contributing to the betterment of the global society but, also making us proud with their exceptional feat in the ICE, all the while handling their work seamlessly.
