We are seeking a 5D BIM Specialist with a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and construction project Management to join our team in Houston, TX.
The ideal candidate will possess a rich history of leading projects within the construction and infrastructure sectors, demonstrating expertise across model validation, cost estimation, data analytics, client management, and process optimization. This pivotal role aims to ensure the successful delivery of projects by leveraging the latest technology and sustainable practices.

How will you contribute to the team?
- Use advanced data analytics to understand complex project data, driving insights that help make strategic decisions. Use different tools and methods to improve project visibility and results.
- Conduct thorough 3D model validations in adherence to ISO 19650 and established project timelines. This crucial role ensures the integrity and precision of output from project models.
- Generate accurate model-based cost estimates and carry out detailed quantity take-offs for various disciplines. This involves the application of specialized software to guarantee the accuracy and dependability of project budgeting and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and effectively manage project resources to meet their needs and expectations. This includes clear communication, skilled problem-solving, and providing top-notch service that aligns with project goals.
- Actively refine and codify project management and BIM workflows. This duty includes spotting areas for process enhancement, crafting innovative solutions, and methodically documenting the improved workflows to boost team efficiency and project delivery.
How will you contribute to the team?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction related field plus 3 years of 4D/5D experience, or 7 years demonstrated equivalent experience developing 4D/5D deliverables for Clients.
- Proficient in software tools like Navisworks Manage, Power BI, iConstruct, and Revit.
- Outstanding analytical, leadership and communication capabilities.
