We are currently hiring for a Consultant I Asset Management I Business Consulting. The key focus will be to support day-to-day activity on our engagements. The role is based in KSA and in this role, you will work closely with senior consultants and managers from the Asset Management team to provide support on various projects and bids while also managing administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational abilities, a proactive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic consulting environment 

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities: 

• Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking 

• Preparation and formatting of various documents such as CVs, personnel approval forms, presentations, reports, organizational charts and letters. 

• Assist in research and data collection. 

• Onsite delivery of engagements. 

• Support the Project Manager in delivering quality deliverables for our clients. 

• Support in any business development activities including the preparation of bids. 

• Support in stakeholder engagement and presentations to clients. 

• Complete assigned tasks accordingly. 

• Collaborate with team members to support initiatives as needed. 

Basic & Technical Competencies 

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Management Consulting (preferably with Big 4) or a relevant position with transferable skills 

• Shall be degree qualified 

• Strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to structure a large amount of information within a process framework 

• Strong data management and detail oriented 

• Basic understanding of Project management including: 

• Risk Management 

• Resource Management 

• Be professional with stakeholders 

• Self-motivated and determined to pursue continuous improvement, which is essential to processes & procedures development 

Behavioural Skills  

• Demonstrate drive, enthusiasm and commitment to projects while projecting a professional image 

• Good planning and organisation skills 

• Able to make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a proactive manner with a positive attitude 

• Consistently achieves high quality standards and requires limited direction and supervision 

• Shows flexibility in tasks and location, and deals well with ambiguity 

• Excellent communication skills – written and spoken English is essential (Arabic preferred) 

• Understands when to ask for support and using the correct channels
