We are seeking a Digital Marketing Advisor to join our global marketing and digital communications team in Atlanta, GA, Orlando, Miami, FL, or Alexandria, VA.

In this role will be responsible for using industry best practice in digital marketing to deliver targeted, rememberable, and measurable content. You will be part of our global network of communication and marketing experts. We are trusted advisors to the business, working on multiple regional and global projects to support the growth of our business and create a better future for our planet and its people.

How will you contribute to the team?

  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in the global management of digital marketing communications channels and content ensuring our global campaigns, markets, sales initiatives, bid positioning and projects are represented across all our digital marketing channels.
  • Provide support, guidance and training on digital marketing communications to the global marketing communications community and the regional leadership and market teams as appropriate.
  • Support the development of content and maintenance plans for all marketing communications channels, align content and scheduling to global campaigns and regional plans, to include web estate, client facing communications, email signatures, digital business cards and paid social media advertising.
  • Work with global regional teams to develop and maintain stakeholder lists in line with data integrity and storage requirements.
  • Utilize digital marketing platforms, such as Dotdigital, to channel digital content to targeted audiences, maintain, and enhance templates with visual communications team.
  • Support scheduling of paid social media advertising in line with global and market-led campaigns and content
  • Support scheduling for email signature banners in line with global and market-led campaigns and content
  • Support benchmark industry channel optimisation, measurement, evaluation, and action content performance, providing scheduled and bespoke performance reports to our stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with diverse technical teams and business units to identify upcoming content needs and advise on publication of content and distribution channels.

What will you contribute?

Bachelor’s degree educated in digital marketing/marketing, business, or communications (or an equivalent level of experience).

1-3 years of experience in a related marketing role.

Experience in HTML coding and creative skills (Adobe Creative Suite) would be preferred.

Excellent English writing skills and ability to convey complex topics in simple language to multiple audiences.

Creative flair, excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional project management and prioritization skills, you are detail-oriented and organized.
