As a Graduate Project Manager, you play a key role in strengthening our ever-growing presence across the region. Your Purpose:

  • Provide high quality project and programme management support.
  • Assist in the supervision and control all activities of the project to ensure execution of the project to meet the Client’s goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of project management documentation such as project execution plans, schedules, budgets, meetings minutes, reports, request of pricing, tender assessment and recommendation, risk registers, and contract administration documentation.
  • Assist with communications and relationships with your client and their stakeholders.
    Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers etc.
  • Implement effective and efficient communication tools.
  • Positively contribute to the internal team and seek to add value.
  • Support the client relationship and service delivery on a commission or project basis in conjunction with senior colleagues.
  • Assist with generating repeat business and developing new business opportunities.
  • Be diligent, efficient and pay great attention to detail to deliver quality project support and outputs.
  • Support colleagues on large scale complex projects.

What you can bring:

  • You should have a degree or equivalent qualification in Project Management /Construction Management or related fields (engineering, architecture).
  • Good written and spoken communication.
  • Working knowledge of Ms Office suite (Word, Excel, outlook, Powerpoint).
  • Knowledge of scheduling (Gantt Chart, software such as MS Project, Primavera, AstaPower Project or Smartsheets).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive and innovative approach and the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Committed to ongoing personal development including chartership with a relevant professional body.
