Responsabilidades:

Elaborar y presentar los informes (logs) definidos para el Proyecto según la periodicidad establecida;
Llevar a cabo las tareas de control documentario, de acuerdo al procedimiento del cliente y de AtkinsRéalis.
Examinar e ingresar datos necesarios como parte de la metadata en sharepoint online y en los sistemas del cliente (de acuerdo al proyecto). Garantizando que la información ingresada sea precisa y actualizada en todo momento.
Actualizar las carpetas del proyecto con la información emitida en pdf y formato nativo;
Distribuir los entregables para coordinación interdisciplinaria en el sistema de gestión documentaria del proyecto.
Revisar la correcta codificación de los entregables de acuerdo al procedimiento corporativo y procedimiento del cliente.
Cumplir y hacer cumplir los procedimientos de control de documentos de la empresa.
Cumplir con los lineamientos del sistema de gestión de calidad de la empresa, asociados a su cargo y área.
Otros afines a la responsabilidad del cargo.

Requisitos:

Formación Académica: Técnico/Universitario en Adminsitración, Gestión Documentaria o afines.
Experiencia de 1 año en gestión documentaria.
Nivel de inglés: intermedio
Manejo de software: Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point).
