Actualmente se ha generado una oportunidad para integrarse a AtkinsRéalis como Ingeniero(a) Senior de Procesos Químicos.

Responsabilidades:

Cálculos de dimensionamiento de recipientes a presión, tanques, bombas, válvulas de control.
Cálculos de sistema de alivios y modelamiento en Flarenet.
Evaluaciones termo-hidráulicas de flujo multifásico.
Elaboración de hojas de datos y especiaciones de procesos.
Elaboración de diagramas de flujo de proceso, diagramas de proceso e instrumentación, listas de líneas/corrientes, listas de equipos.
Simulaciones en HYSYS, PIPEPHASE, PIPENET, PIPESIM, AFT Fathom (estado estacionario), OLGA para casos específicos en estado transitorio.
Revisión de documentos detallados de proveedores de ingeniería para equipos y paquetes.
Asistir a reuniones de revisión de diseño, estudios HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA;
Brindar apoyo al gerente de proyecto en problemas técnicos planteados por los clientes, colaborar en reuniones formales y periódicas para resolver completamente los problemas, seguir los cambios de alcance que requieren la aplicación inmediata de medidas de control de calidad.

Requisitos:

Experiencia en diseños en el sector Oil & Gas, específicamente en upstream (producción, facilidades, ingeniería).
Formación Académica: Profesional en Ingeniería Química o Petroquímica.
Manejo de Software: Hysys, Pipephase, Pipenet, Pipesim, AFT, Fathom, OLGA.
Conocimiento de normas y estándares aplicables al sector de Petróleo y Gas, y/o conocimiento en plantas de tratamiento de aguas para el sector de minería.
Conocimiento sólido de seguridad de procesos para la industria de hidrocarburos.
Experiencia mínima de 10 años.
Nivel de Inglés: Intermedio.
