Your key focus will be to support day-to-day activity on our engagements. The role is based in UAE and in this role and as a key member of our consulting team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals on a wide range of projects aimed at identifying, analyzing, and managing risks The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational abilities, a proactive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic consulting environment

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Support in delivering quality deliverables on assigned tasks
• Assist the team in conducting risk assessments and gap analyses
• Support the design and implementation of risk management policies, and procedures
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support the respective manager
• Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking
• Preparation and formatting of various documents such as CVs, personnel approval forms, presentations, reports, organizational charts and letters.
• Support in any business development activities including the preparation of bids
• Complete assigned tasks accordingly
• Collaborate with team members to support initiatives as needed.

Education

• Shall be degree qualified

Basic & Technical Competencies and Behavioural Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Professional demeanour and ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Good planning and organisation skills
• Consistently achieves high quality standards
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Good communication skills – written and spoken English is essential
• Be highly self-motivated, possessing strong enthusiasm and commitment to delivering sustainable outcomes
