Be part of our growing AtkinsRealis Strategic Advisory team where we help our clients in the capital projects environment to deliver their big ambitions across the Middle East for the role of Manager – Change Management I Organization Excellence I Business Consulting

Our Organization Excellence team help clients with their organisational challenges to support in the delivery of their strategic plans and corporate visions within the built environment. We achieve this through providing support across three core areas:

•             Strategy and Operating Model Design

•             Organization Governance and Control

•             Process Improvement

•             People and Organization Development

•             Change Management and Business readiness

We are currently looking for Manager candidates to join our expanding Organization Excellence team with experience in Change Management and Business Readiness, who demonstrate a real passion and interest for the built environment. You will have the opportunity to support in the business within multiple sectors (both public and private) across the MEA region.

Position Summary

Your key focus will be to lead day-to-day activity on our engagements, building our Organization Excellence business and developing the team. The role is based in KSA and may require travel.

Technical Competencies

  • Support the creation of, and execute against, a comprehensive transformation change strategy across the organisation, ensuring that changes are implemented smoothly and effectively, with minimal disruption to operations.

  • Support the planning and execution of change initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time.

  • Identify key stakeholders, ensuring clear engagement runways on their involvement and support throughout the change process.

  • Develop and implement effective communication approaches to enable change and transformation initiatives.

  • Conduct impact assessments to identify how changes will affect different parts of the organisation and develop requisite communications and other approaches to address these impacts.

  • Engage and work closely with a range of stakeholders including subject matter experts, project team and leadership to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.

  • Identify, report, and mitigate potential risks and issues associated with the delivery of change initiatives.

  • Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives to key stakeholders.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the program.

  • Support change governance and reporting requirements.

  • Develop and perform required change activities including communications, training and workshops.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Project Management

  • Steer project execution to deliver agreed upon service aligned with client expectations.

  • Project Manage all aspects of time, cost and quality for our consulting projects.

  • Manage stakeholders and drive alignment and buy-in for across our projects.

  • Build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients in leading roles.

  • Build strong internal relationships across the AtkinsRéalis business.

Win Work

  • Assist service line leadership in identifying business development opportunities with current and potential clients.

  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals to win work and expand the service line.

  • Identify opportunities for new and integrated services, bringing the best from our global business and technical domains to our clients in the middle east and beyond.

Practice Building & Development

  • Contribute to positioning our Consulting and strategic advisory services across the Middle East through thought leadership development and social media presence.

  • Provide guidance, coaching and training to junior staff.

  • Lead people-related initiatives including recruiting and retaining consulting professionals.

  • Be a champion for ED&I initiatives.

Education

  • Educated to Degree qualified level or equivalent qualification or experience, degree in Business Management or other related fields is preferable.

Professional Experience / Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ of similar experience in delivering and implementing change management for complex programs.

  • Experience in the built environment or capital project delivery would be preferred;

  • Change management certification (e.g. PROSCI) is preferable.

  • Demonstrate drive, enthusiasm and commitment to projects while projecting a professional image;

  • Ability to innovate and apply experiences to create new value-proposition for clients and drive business development initiatives;

  • Ability to make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a proactive manner with a positive attitude;

  • Function confidently and competently within client environment with positive impact on clients’ perception of Organization Excellence Service Line;

  • Show flexibility in tasks and location, and deal well with ambiguity;

  • Excellent communication skills – written and spoken English is essential (Arabic preferred).
