Project Control Lead (Saudi National)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

• Deliver swift, effective, and strategic solutions for special and urgent projects through best-in-class project management practices
• Deliver special tasks to secure on time delivery
• Identify, analyze, and manage critical interfaces within projects to ensure seamless collaboration and integration among various project components/stakeholders.
• Intervene in urgent project issues, employing expert analysis and innovative problem-solving techniques to mitigate risks, minimize delays, and maintain project momentum monitor PM maturity through implementing rigorous quality control measures, conducting regular reviews, and providing feedback to enhance the overall quality of project deliverables.
• Provide supplemental support to the delivery teams in the event key team members are not available.
• Responsible for end-to-end project management.
• Lead cross-functional teams, develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage project budgets.
• Overseeing project execution, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, communicate project objectives, and make strategic decisions to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, motivation, and high-performance outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, objectives, tasks, resources, and timelines.
• Identify and assess project risks.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential issues.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Perform project management duties as directed by the functional lead of the PMO.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Relevant Experience in managing complex projects.
• Knowledgeable in industry – standard system and software

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or any related field Where applicable, appropriate Industry Certification and/or experience
