AtkinsRéalis’ Major Projects division is in search of a Quality/Completions Administrator to join the East Harbour Transit Hub Alliance project team in Toronto.  The Quality/Completions Administrator will be part of a high-performing project team that is dedicated to delivering this complex undertaking through collaboration and a best-for-project vision. 

Your role within the team:
To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Preparation of quality and completion reports, monitoring and maintaining documentation for the quality management team.
  • Ensure that all quality and completion records associated with the management system are kept organized and filed in the construction quality record system.
  • Ensure progression compilation on completed works is recorded in reporting system
  • Ensure that all non-comforting product, activity or procedure is recorded in the non-conformance reporting system
  • Track status of all inspections and tests to ensure that all non-comforting product, activity or procedure is recorded in the non-conformance reporting system
  • Follow up with project team on overdue observations and actions
  • Perform and assist with a variety of administrative duties as required

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an administrator, construction industry experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
  • Problem solving abilities, contribution to new quality initiatives, striving for continuous improvements and accurate record keeping will be key to your success in this role.
