Senior FP&A Analyst

Linxon is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prepare comprehensive financial reports to our Board and Senior Leadership Team. This role requires an initiative-taking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the growth of our business.

What will you do?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed financial analyses, reports, and presentations for the Board and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to support global FP&A initiatives.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
  • Participate in the monthly close process and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support Senior Manager FP&A with ad hoc requests and analyses as required.

Experience, Education and Other Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • CPA or relevant certification (CFA) is a plus
  • 4-5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar analytical role.
  • Knowledge of month-end cycle, forecasting and budgeting activities.
  • Experience preparing reports for Senior Management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, high attention to details and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative-taking and passionate to succeed.
  • Resilient and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to travel for business purposes.
  • Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the business whilst embracing cultural differences.
  • Knowledge of Hyperion required.
  • Knowledge of Oracle (an asset).
