We are seeking a Senior NEPA Project Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA, to lead environmental teams and work on various complex alternative delivery transportation projects. The ideal candidate will have a background as a senior level NEPA planner or project manager for DOT highway projects with experience in delivering quality and compliant NEPA documents for standard to complex projects. A broad base of skills, capability, and experience is desired in NEPA, project management, administration, and communication. Projects typically involve high levels of agency involvement or complex technical requirements on design-build, progressive design-build, or design-bid-build undertakings.

How will you contribute to the team?
- Provide NEPA expertise and guide a team of subject matter experts through the NEPA process.
- Develop, monitor and manage scope, schedule and budget for assigned projects.
- Develop or oversee NEPA document preparation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, clients, agencies and stakeholders to facilitate the NEPA process.
- Contribute to environmental analysis and technical studies.
- Lead or support project related public involvement activities.
- Must have excellent written and communication skills and be able to utilize standard office software.
What will you contribute?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Planning, Environmental Science or a related field.
- Minimum of eight (8) - ten (10) years' experience in NEPA, production, and technical professional activities.
- General Engineering Consultant (GEC) experience is a plus.
- Strong written, oral, and listening communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft personal computer applications.
