The Atkins Training Solutions team are looking to hire talented Senior and Principal Training Analysts to support significant current and emerging growth in our market. We are seeking someone who has a proven track record of conducting and delivering all elements of Training Needs Analysis in accordance with JSP 822 – Defence System approach to Training.
Your purpose:
Senior and Principal Analysts will be given significant responsibility for client-facing work across a range of MOD domains and are expected to have regular interactions with clients. They will have demonstrable evidence of the organisation and facilitation of stakeholder workshops as well as the production of high-quality written reports.
You will also have responsibility to manage consultants/junior consultants on larger projects.
What you can bring?
Essential –
- Proven experience in a TNA delivery role working on MOD projects.
- Familiarity with delivery of all the following subjects and can provide demonstrable evidence:
Role Analysis:
- Derivation of Role Profiles, Task Inventories and Competency Frameworks.
- Application of Difficulty / Importance and Frequency Analysis.
- Conduct of Knowledge, Skills and Attitude Analysis.
- Production of Role Performance Statements.
Training Gap Analysis:
- Derivation of draft Training Objectives.
Training Options Analysis:
- Application of Fidelity criteria to establish levels of training fidelity.
- Method and Media Analysis.
- Locations and Environmental Analysis.
Final Report:
- Costs Benefit Analysis.
- Options Analysis.
- Derivation of training risks and assumptions.
Desirable –
- Experience in the design and development of training courses is highly desired.
