We are seeking a Senior Traffic Incident Management Specialist (TIM) to join our team in Atlanta, GA.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Organize and lead statewide strategic Traffic Incident Management (TIM) activities, such as delivering SHRP2 and/or other first responder training, leading coordination activities between client and stakeholders (at a statewide and regional level), leading and/or supporting Georgia towing and recovery incentive program initiatives and supporting the maintenance of TIM strategic plans and TRIP specifications.

• Directs project teams and client compliance with contract terms, memorandums of understandings, and contractual commitments.

• Lead and/or conduct investigations, gather and analyze data, and develop reports.

• Develops and monitors reports and schedules to ensure appropriate actions are completed on time in budget and communicated to the project teams and clients.

• Participates in project opportunity evaluations, consultant selection, and the preparation of firm’s qualification/experience statements.

• Supervise support staff for TRIP and TIM programs, and lead associated team, client, and stakeholder meetings.

• Perform regional duties in our client’s TIM program when stationed resources are limited.

• Performs such assignments and duties as the Supervisor may deem necessary from time to time.

What will you contribute?

• Bachelor's degree in related field(s) of practice with 7 years of relevant experience. Graduate degree desirable. Management coursework and/or MBA a plus. Without Bachelor’s degree, this level may be achieved with 11 years’ experience in law enforcement, incident management, and/or other emergency response.

• Professional Registration in field of practice preferred, such as in firefighting or law enforcement.
