UK Graduates raise over £17,000 for RedR during 2017 Charity Challenge

After eight weeks of FUNdraising as part of the annual Graduate Charity Challenge, the UK Graduate community has raised an incredible £17,838 for international disaster relief charity, RedR.

In October, 268 year one Graduates began strategising in the hope of being part of the team that would top the leader board and get a chance to receive the inaugural Charity Challenge at lunch with former AtkinsRéalis president, Heath Drewett. From pub quizzes, bake sales and Mario Kart races; to speed networking, street fundraising and physical challenges; and countless other innovative means of getting colleagues, family and friends to part with their pound coins, no stone was left unturned. But there could only be one winner and this year’s coveted Charity Challenge trophy goes to the members of Axis League from Birmingham, pictured below, who raised a grand total of £2,508.
