AtkinsRéalis is seeking a talented and motivated Bid Writer to join our Win Work team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in producing high-quality bid responses that help us secure new business opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Storyboard, answer-plan and write compelling bid responses that effectively address client requirements and highlight AtkinsRéalis' strengths.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, contributors, reviewers and the core bid team to gather information and ensure the accuracy and relevance of bid content.
  • Edit and proof read bid documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with client specifications.
  • Manage multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
  • Maintain a library of bid templates, case studies, and other relevant materials to support the bid writing process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in writing, preferably within the engineering, construction or consulting industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • APMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proof reading or copy editing qualification is a plus.

Security clearance:
